No Show Policy
Fantasy Islands will charge the full
rate for guests booked and confirmed
that are No Shows. Charges may be
waived due to proven illness or
emergency
Cancellation Policy
Guests are required to advise Fantasy
Islands of cancellation 48 hours prior
to activity date for a full refund. Any
cancellations made within the 24 hour
time period before the activity time
will be subject to a 25% penalty of the
REGULAR RETAIL RATE.
